Illegal Covenants from the 1920's and 1930's

1920’s and 1930’s ILLEGAL COVENANTS outlawed in 1968



Attorney Clifton T. Speed, The Courtneys, The Surveyors, MapMan Bert Foncuberta, Attorney and State Representative Robert J Carter, and all Attorneys involved in denying Black Families their Fair, Legal and Constitutional Rights to own and enjoy property the same as Whites in St. Helena Parish, Louisiana through fraud and misrepresentation of material facts.

Their actions are to give legal standing to laws enacted in the 1920’s and 1930’s Covenant that restrict the sale and occupation of real property on the basis of race.
